September 2016 /r/pics transparency report

Hello! We have been working hard this month on a few different things, most notably getting our new mods up to date with the processes of modding /r/pics - They are coming along well. What we didUpdated some internal notes to a better system (thanks /u/bytester)Re-defined our standards for active moderators. Created a system to handle inactive moderators. What we are discussing nowThis is a small section I would like to include that just contains things we are in the process of discussing.Just because something is here does not mean it will come to pass. Sometimes results don't come after discussion until many months later.Consideration of expanding rule 5 to include removing any request for informationIn discussion of creating a much better and smoother process for user requested copyright and personal takedownsEvergrowing discussion on the possible expansion of rule 1 to include any scans.More flair stuffI also personally have created a better "To-Do list" of smaller items that all mods can access, hopefully enabling a little better productivity.ContestsOne thing we are also talking about is potential contests. Monthly photography contests are being considered, however to start, a Halloween content may be considered. Just want some general feedback on this, let me know what you think.StatsCategoryDataDifferenceCommentTotal Actions35532≈A quiet month, well within our average.
